We kicked off this morning with Boxercise!! We got a taster session with one of our moms, Niamh, and her parents Grahame & Maria & her sister Scarlette. Everyone really enjoyed this and learned the disciplines that the go with boxing. The club is Trojan Boxing Club in Listowel. Classes are held for age 5 and upwards. What a fun start to the day!!
